"Development and validation of new methods to predict the nutritive value by Near Infrared Spectroscopy"

ACTIVITIES:

The harmonisation of NIRS analysis of rabbit feeds using common set of samples was performed (Xiccato et al., 2000).
At the moment, the activities are progressing towards the elaboration of common calibrations.
The samples and the data collected in the SABA bank will be used. Both the chemical and the nutritive data of these samples were obtained following harmonised procedures.
