RÉSUMÉ: Cet article présente des tables de composition et de valeur nutritive de 46 matiéres premières destinées a l'alimentation des lapins. Chaque aliment est caractérisé par 20 paramètres analytiques et deux critères nutritionnels majeurs: la digestibilité apparente fécale des protéines et la teneur en énergie digestible. Ces tables sont el fruit d'un travail commun de plusiers chercheurs appartenant à trois laboratories européens. Les valuers de digestibilité ont été choisies sur la base de l'ensemble des valuers publiées dans la literature internationale et des données expérimentales de chaque laboratorie. La sélection des données utilisables a été réalisée après analyse détaillée de la métholodologie utilisée dans chacun des essais in vivo. Le choix final des valuers moyennes a été réalisé en veillant à la cohérence entre les paramètres chimiques et nutritionnels. ABSTRACT: Tables of composition and nutritive value of feedstuffs for rabbits: first proposal from an European working group. A table with the composition and the nutritive value of 46 feedstuffs widely used in composed diets for intensively reared rabbits, is presented. Each feedstuff is characterised by 20 analytical data and its digestibility of protein and energy. The digestibility coefficients were selected after a compilation of original literature data and a discussion between the authors. The methodology used, in the different original in vivo assays, was studied intensively in order to judge the reliability of the data. Energy values were further adapted in relation to the proposed nutrient composition. Finally, attention has been drawn that the presented nutritive values show coherence in each category of feedstuffs. More information about this work: Journees de la Recherche Cunicole
